Cancellation policy

Table bookings

You can cancel a table booking from your account at any time. Cancellations made at least [24 hours] before the session are free of charge.

Event tickets

Event tickets can be refunded up to [7 days] before the event, or at any point before tournament registration is locked. Once pairings are generated, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred at staff discretion.

Shop orders

Unopened shop items may be returned within [14 days] of collection with proof of purchase. Statutory rights unaffected.
